These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by GroupCore Ltd (company number 17002943), trading as GoldChord (“we”, “us”, “our”).

GoldChord provides bespoke musical compositions for personal, ceremonial, and event use. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing summary

First song: £69 (includes 1 eulogy).
Additional songs (up to 6): £59 each.
Full 6‑song suite: £299 (includes 1 eulogy).

1. Services

GoldChord supplies custom-composed musical works tailored to information provided by the client. All music is created specifically for the intended occasion.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Prices are displayed at the point of order.
Additional pieces or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Revisions

One full rewrite is included in the price if you don’t like the first version.
After the included rewrite, additional full rewrites are available at an extra 33% of the original price per rewrite.
Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise stated.
Revisions relate to tone, mood, structure, or timing — not complete re-composition unless agreed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on request complexity.
Music is delivered digitally in standard audio formats suitable for ceremony playback.

5. Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the music for the specified event or personal purpose.
Commercial redistribution, resale, or licensing to third parties is not permitted without written agreement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of the service, refunds are not normally available once work has commenced.
If GoldChord is unable to deliver the agreed service, a refund will be issued.

7. Sensitivity & Content

GoldChord approaches remembrance and ceremonial work with care and discretion. Responsibility for factual accuracy of submitted information remains with the client.

8. Liability

GoldChord’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for third-party playback systems or venue-related issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom).
